On June 4-8, 2018 the Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration Foundation (AERF) sponsored a tour of aquatic and wetland systems in South and Central Florida. The purpose was to provide insight for pesticide regulatory personnel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS) into conditions faced by aquatic plant and mosquito managers when applying EPA-registered pesticides.
